Turn “I Can’t” into “I Can”


So many times, we have the desire to make healthy changes and get more active, but we let the “I can’t” stop us.

We visit the gym or see pics online of people working out and our habits tell us “I can’t do that”.

Many have said “I can’t do a pull up” and they're right, on day one they can’t.

But they can do a kneeling pull up on a low bar,

and then move on to a body weight hang from the high bar.

After some time, they are moving on to pull ups with a band

and finally, through persistence and dedication they can do a pull up, 

all the while building strength and confidence.






The pull up is just one movement, there are so many that we can build together to improve our daily lives.
