Yoga training level 3

Had a awesome time once again. We were taught about introspection. Yoga is is not just about the physical training of the body, but also challenging the mind. Whether for some it is staying in the moment, others is reflection of issues going on now in our lives, or just trying to understand ourselves. We also learned about how yoga positively effects the central nervous system and how

knowing if we are predominantly right brain, left brain, or somewhere in the middle can help us understand how to work on being moderate/centered. On the less deep side, our excellent teacher Fred broke down some new yoga poses (some seen in the pictures) for us to use in our yoga studios/practices. Whew and so much more! Level 3 complete... level 4 next month woo hoo!
